Kim Đô Policty New Urban Zone
Inspired by the Chairman profound connection to the Kinh Bac region blended with the romantic spirit of Indochinese French architecture, Eden Landscape aspires to create the Kim Đô Policity new urban area as a poetic charm with many beautiful and delicate gardens that evoke every emotion and sense. The intricate details, color schemes, and layout of the landscape design bear the distinct signature of the Indochinese French style, resulting in a serene, pleasant, and emotionally charged space.
The landscape design of Kim Do Policity new urban area is divided into two contrasting zones “Dynamic – Tranquil”. The “Dynamic” zone will bring a sense of vibrancy and youthfulness, therefore, the landscape is designed with many space for outdoor activities. The “Tranquil” zone consists of private, gentle spaces nestled within the heart of the urban area as secret gardens with gentle activities, showcasing a sense of sophistication.
The “Dynamic” zone comprises a complex of entertainment, recreation and office spaces, along with two eoc parks. Within of entertainment, recreational and office spaces, Eden Landscape designed a park where can hold crowded activities. We would like that the park attracted not only the project ‘residents but also visitors from neighborhood. The complex is divided into three zones: an office area, a recreation and entertainment area, and a clubhouse area.
The office area is designed with almost green trees and water features, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Visitors can walk leisurely beneath the shadow of palm trees, gaze at the gently water surfaces in breeze weather. Next to the main road is Kim Do Tower standing at 18 meters high with 5 levels, is designed in the form of an 8-pointed star.
Similar to “Dynamic” zone, 2 eco parks are designed to welcome every visitors. Pathways under the shadow of trees, resting chairs, observation pavilions, chess-playing space, and bridge together create an ideal space for people to enjoy life and enjoy nature. Moreover, a lot of outdoor gym equipment is set up in shaded and cool places, close to the lake. These places will attract people whether in winter or summer.
The “Tranquil” zone is designed to create private and serene spaces with three tranquil gardens: the Aqua garden, the Sense garden, and the Secret garden. Situated at center of the urban area, the Aqua garden takes on a rectangular shape and is oriented as a calm oasis, exuding elegance and ecological charm. A prominent water axis runs through the garden making it different from any other urban gardens. The Sense garden is inspired from romantic garden in fairy tales with many Indochinese decorations. Scent from plants and herbs, water rippling from waterfall, different space from different stairs and chairs are main elements to create an emotional garden where human senses are awaken. The Secret garden is designed with surprising spaces where we can find every spot is an interesting picture.
The landscape design of Kim Do Policity urban area captures the romantic spirit of Indochine. Elegant design in harmony with natural material helps create a classy living environment.
