Tay Tan Thien New Urban Zone

Tay Tan Thien New Urban Zone is located at the intersection of old central town (fishing port area) and the new administrative center of La Gi, Binh Thuan. The east side of the project is adjacent to Thong Nhat road, an important road connecting National Highway 55 with La Gi beach.  This is a potential position for the future development of a new urban area.

When designing the project’s landscape, Eden Landscape intended to build a new, modern and future land. The project will be a ideal living environment for young and dynamic people, which is also suitable for the history of La Gi development.

The journey to find design inspiration for the project started on a summer afternoon. After a long journey, we reached the land in the west and catched our own eyes the moment when the sun shone its last light in the sky, marking the end of the day. The red sun gradually lowered, the last rays of sunlight painted the sky of Tay Tan Thien a magical scene. Standing in front of the most beautiful moment of heaven and earth, our team could not help surprising!

If the sunrise brings a bright sky and creates a feeling of purity, the sunset on the dark background creates an extremely splendid beauty. At this time, not only the sun, but the whole space of heaven and earth are dyed with yellow, orange, red, purple… – sparkling and magical colors.

La Gi sunset brings a poetic romantic beauty and touches our architects’ soul then become a special source of creative inspiration.

When designing the project, Eden Landscape positioned it as a new urban zone with the beauty of sunset and light. Impressive and romantic are adjectives that can accurately describe the design. We focus on creating interesting experiences about the landscape with many different emotions for residents of the new urban area.

With inspiration from La Gi sunset, the two main gates of the project, the East Sun Gate and the West Sun Gate, are designed with impressive style and magical colors of the sunset. If the East Sun Gate is designed as a counter weight to the opposite urban area, the West Sun Gate plays an external role, connecting with important national highways. Along with two main gates, Tay Tan Thien urban area has many auxiliary gates, where many landmarks are designed to create an identity for the project.

Central Park is designed as a public park with a large waterscape where crowded activities, entertainment, sightseeing, picnic, sports…will be held. Gates light, sunflower tower, sunset bridge, love road, marina, fountain, light square, lounge chair, flower truss… are attractive urban utilities. Central Park is also designed to be venue for urban events such as outdoor parties, festivals…

In the center of the new urban zone is Time garden which is designed to provide internal facilities for residents such as public square, fountain, time landmark, multi-purpose plaza, exercise outdoor equipments, walking paths and chairs. In an important location adjacent to Thong Nhat road, opposite the commercial center, the Starlight garden is designed to serve both visitors and residents with public square, water tower, starlight tower, flowers bed and chairs. The internal flower garden spaces are designed towards walking and relaxing activities while adding additional facilities such as exercise equipments, lounge chairs, flower trellises…
