Walking Street – Tien Cat urban residential zone

The Tien Cat Urban Residential Zone is situated within Tien Cat Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province, and is under the ownership of the Song Hong Thu Do Group JSC. As one of the pivotal projects in the province, the Tien Cat Walking Street is strategically positioned to emerge as a novel destination catering to leisure, entertainment, and distinctive check-in experiences, thereby contributing significantly to the transformation of Viet Tri into a festival city.

Nestled in a prime location at the city’s core, positioned between the bustling thoroughfare of Hung Vuong Street and the meticulously designed Van Lang Park by Eden Landscape, this project seamlessly interconnects with various urban tourist routes. This seamless connectivity fosters favourable conditions for the development of the walking street concept. Furthermore, this walking street marks a historic milestone, being the first pedestrian street in   Viet Tri and also in the province.

In the process of assessing and analyzing the project, Eden Landscape recognizes that the architectural styles of diverse forms from different European regions will engender a captivating and fresh experience, thereby rendering it an enticing attraction for tourists. This very recognition serves as the wellspring of inspiration behind crafting Viet Tri’s maiden themed walking street.

This walking street is ingeniously conceived to offer visitors a chance to embark on a journey through a miniature Europe. Each footstep guides them across a multitude of countries including Persia, Turkey, Italy, and Spain, journeying along the Mediterranean coastline, traversing into France, and culminating in the scenic landscapes of Northern Europe. Meticulously designed tile patterns and ornate motifs are drawn from the artistry of mosaics and ancient ceramics emblematic of Mediterranean streets. The architecture, reminiscent of opulent European palaces, further enriches the ambiance, imprinting an indelible allure upon the visitor. Eden Landscape’s design infuses the street with vibrancy and bustling energy, featuring dynamic shopping zones, diverse entertainment hubs, and captivating photo spots that beckon tourists to immerse themselves in this captivating experience.

In the midst of the historical narrative, traversing through different lands, visitors eventually arrive at Time Square, adorned with a majestic clock tower. The significance of time milestones and humanity’s evolving methods of measurement serve as pivotal elements guiding the exploration of new frontiers. Across different epochs, from Asia to Europe, the methodologies for measuring time have varied. These imprints have been translated into meticulously crafted tile patterns, creating intriguing focal points that guide travellers on a voyage through the ages, from antiquity to the present day.
