Hoi An 2

Hoi An 2 is a commercial district located approximately 1 km from the center of Hoi An’s ancient town. In the landscape design of the project, Eden Landscape aims to create a walking street together with services and entertainment. The street will connect with the ancient town, providing a new and attractive destination for tourists visiting Hoi An.
Taking design inspiration from the shopping district Champs Elysees in France, the landscape of Hoi An 2 has a symmetrical design, forming points and connecting lines tightly, suitable for extended spaces. We focus on creating modern, clean, and commercial landscape spaces, attracting renowned Vietnamese brands to open business along the shophouse axis of the project.
In the design, Eden Landscape uses familiar images that evoke memories of old Hoi An, such as lanterns, trading ports, and pottery, combined with French architectural styles to create a modern trending layout. We establish large square spaces serving various multi-functional activities. These spaces not only meet the needs of transportation and commercial activities but also provide open space for tourists. The paving patterns and decorative elements are designed with iconic symbolism, recalling the history of the Hoi An region – once a bustling trading port in the late 19th and early 20th centuries in Southeast Asia.
