Ecopark Grand The Island is a masterpiece that embodies the mission of representing the outstanding and most prestigious values of the Ecopark brand. Contributing to the fulfillment of this mission, Eden Landscape designed the landscape of Ecopark Grand – The Island with a vision of beauty, modernity, impression, and sustainability, leading the trends in contemporary landscape design.
The landscape of the project is divided into three main island clusters: Clusters 1–4, Clusters 2–5, and Clusters 3–6. Closely following the architectural lines of the buildings, Eden Landscape designed Clusters 1–4 with a modern language and coherent geometric forms. The design features strong horizontal lines and bold contrasting tones. The planting scheme primarily consists of shade trees with light-colored foliage, combined with neatly and precisely trimmed shrubs and groundcovers.
Clusters 2–5 feature a modern Western architectural style with many elements inspired by French architecture. Accordingly, the overall landscape is oriented toward the use of modern materials. The road surfaces are paved in a single color tone, while the sidewalks use stone in white, gray, and black tones, laid in a free-flowing pattern to create visual variation across large areas. The planting composition takes on a tropical character, bringing a lively and dynamic atmosphere to the island clusters.
Clusters 3–6 embrace an Eastern architectural language, and the landscape is therefore designed to feel intimate, refined, and sophisticated. Paving surfaces are combined with landscape features to create a seamless transition, blurring the boundary between the roads and curbs. Decorative stone lanterns inspired by Eastern architecture are interwoven with carefully trimmed shrubbery, creating a delicate and graceful landscape.
The landscape of Ecopark Grand – The Island creates a sophisticated and prestigious aesthetic, meeting the elevated standards of an exceptional lifestyle. Here, residents can enjoy life as if on an endless resort holiday, surrounded by nature.
