EcoHome Phuc Loi – Vietnam Property Awards

EcoHome Phuc Loi archived the prize of Vietnam Property Awards 2017 for Best Price Apartment.

Designed in 2016, the landscape of Ecohome Phuc Loi was one of the outstanding designs in the northern east of Hanoi, meeting the criteria of EDGE international green certification.

The project landscape consists of 2 parts: the 1st floor landscape and the rooftop landscape with separate functions in order to maximize utilities for the residents. As the face of the project, the 1st floor landscape was designed with green color from trees and materials to create a relaxing and gentle space when entering Ecohome Phuc Loi. Together with the modern utilities such as outdoor swimming pool, kid playground, landscape tower, benches, playground, promenade, foot massage walkway, basketball court … The details of landscape such as paving, tree tubs, and benches were also taken care in the design to create unique highlight in the landscape space.
