Goldmark City was certified the record of “The residential complex has the most squares in Vietnam” by Viet Nam Record Organization (VietKings).
The category for VietKings’record was not only the number of squares but also the area and unique design of each square within the project. In master plan, these 4 squares together with natural landscape account for over 72.3% of the total project’s area with an investment up to 155 billion VND.
Eden Landscape designed Ruby Square like a giant Ruby with 11 tree towers, reflecting brilliantly sunlight by being assembled from thousands of pieces mosaic pottery, creating sparkling colorful artwork. Each tree is from 3.3m to 5.4m height, above each tree are planted with flowers and trees to create highlights and shade for the square.
Flora was used to increase the sense of dynamism, excitement and joy of the residents through using colorful flower trees with youthful color like red, orange and yellow.
In addition to creating shade for sitting, the choice of tall trees was also considered time changing (spring, summer, autumn, winter). Shrub trees mainly were apricot pink, banana flower, peony … which help to create interesting feeling due to the diversity and vividness.
At water square, water was the central element with fountain and pond. The square has 5 powder-coated steel pavilions and styled paving stones inspired from the sound of water. The size of steel pavilion was from 3 to 7m height. The unique combination of water columns, lighting and flora species provided a relaxing and comfortable feeling for the residents.
Sapphire Square was an open, peaceful and colorful space. Inspired by the shape and light of the Sapphire stones, the square had a large pavilion designed by delicate cuts that simulate the glow of the gemstone. In addition, at the square also arranged 35 seats tiled blue pottery on the surface, planting many kinds of flowers inside.
The Light Square in front of the commercial center was truly an artistic show with splendid, impressive array of lighting from pavement to benches and lights. Trees were designed with tall and thin foliage trees combined with lowland trees and huge green lawn to create an airy space.
Receiving the record of having the most squares in Vietnam was the certificate for effort of client, developer, and consultant like Eden Landscape contributing to create more modern and quality living space for residents in Vietnam.
