1. Chief landscape idea architect (01 person)
Idea is the first stage to define the main functions, layout, shapes, materials and main operational solutions for a landscape project. A good idea must be built from careful research, from sensitivity to the environment, from inspiration to refine the essences that are suitable for a specific project. The idea architects are always the pioneers of making difference, having rich imagination, and have a quick adapt change. A good landscape idea architect shall be a speaker and an inspiring person - on the basis of abundant energy and modern aesthetic.

Job description:
- Receive input information from the investors, clarify scope of work and make landscape design proposal for projects.
- Individually research, compose and sketch concept design- Support and contribute to the concept design through team work and following the company’s standard.
- Work with material, equipment and technology partners to support for the design.
- On behalf of the company join meetings, presentations, conference with clients. Join, support the development and complete landscape ideas in a team assigned according to the Company's standards.
- Working with material, equipment and and technology.
- Join the training program to promote staff in the team or in concept department.

Requirement:
- Graduated from major of architecture, planning, or landscape architecture - Having general knowledge of planning and architecture. Especially, having good knowledge of landscape.
- Creative and energetic.
- Good at hand-painting, sketching.
- Good at AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Indesign …
- Fluent in using other office software: Word, Excel ...

Others
- More than 5 years of experience.
- Priority to the can who have worked with foreign landscape design companies or have worked in foreign countries.
- Having good sense of space, layout, colors and scale, especially having love in landscapes.
- Having Wide knowledge about material, equipment and new technology.
- Having knowledge of landscape trends in Vietnam and around the world.

2. Chief technical architect of landscape design (excluding greenery design) (02 people)

Technical design is the next stage afterconcept design. This stage is important because it requires sensitiveness, precision and feasibility in technical and economic solutions. Architects who are responsible for this stage need to have practical experience in civil construction and landscape construction. The architect shall be persistent, willing tolearn, realistic, independent in mind set, high responsible for work. . Any idea, no matter how crazy it is will need a brain of technical architect to become a reality.

Job description:
- Stage of work: Basic design and landscape construction design (excluding greenery design).
- Chief designers in stage by stage acording to the company’s procedure.
- Manage and directly do technical design of landscape from basic to construction design.
- Manage the connection with infrastructure, electricity, water and structure related to projects.
- Go to project’s site, evaluate the status of project and take authorship, supervision if necessary.
- Other tasks within the scope of technical implementation as request by the company.

Requirement:
- At least 5 years experience.
- Graduated from Graduated from major of architecture, planning, or landscape architecture - Good at AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion, Indesign …

4. Project Development Staff (02 people)

Job description:
* Main job:
- Representative of the company to participate in meetings, consulting and customer care.
- Representative of the company to participate in brand development and trade promotion activities (seminars, press conferences, fairs & exhibitions ...).
- Participate in market research on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Participate in planning, proposing and deploying business development plans, market expansion, brand development.
- Participate in negotiation and signing of contracts, contract annexes.
* Others:
- Assist the design department in handling customer requests.
- Support of internal communication activities.
- Support the finance department in contract settlement.

Requirements:
- Graduated university (prefering majors in Economics, Construction Economics, Trade, Law, and Architecture).
- Excellent office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint ...).
- Confidence in communication, presentations.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Dynamic and creative.
- Willingness to cope with new challenges to make a difference.
- Excellent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

5. Greenery designer (02 people)
Concept design of greenery plays an important role in landscape idea for a project. The greenery issue is always researched from the beginning and together with the architectural idea and technical infrastructure. A brilliant greenery idea is sometimes considered as the main idea for the whole landscape idea. Greenery engineers are people who have endless love for nature, flowers and trees. They shall have a thorough understanding of the climate of different regions along with the flora and related organisms. Moreover, green engineers always have good sense, good layout and imaginative to the landscape space, as well as the weather.

Job description:
- Receive input information from the investors, to make proposal forgreenery issue and together with idea architects to complete concept design.
- Independent research, compose and outline sketches of greenery and landscape.
- Participate in, support the development and completion of landscape ideas in groups assigned to work according to the Company's standards.
- Working with partners providing trees, equipment and technology to complement the design process.
- Coordinate with the idea architects and take part in the meeting and presentation with investors.

Requirements:
- Graduated from the major of landscape or urban forestry.
- Creative and energetic.
- Good at hand-drawing.
- Fluent in using software such as: AutoCad, Photoshop, Sketchup, (Lumion) ...
- Fluent in other office software such as Word, Excel,…
