TD Plaza

TD plaza is the biggest complex of commercial centers, offices, and apartments in Hai Phong City. It attracts lots of world-class investors such as Parkson, Megastar or KinderWorld. The work is located on Le Hong Phong – Lane 5 Cat Bi airport, next to Big C supermarket, holding very convenient location for commercial and office development. Eden landscape has proposed renovating the landscape of the entire first floor and making landscape design for the sixth floor of the TD plaza’s building and the 4th, 9th floor of the TD business center building.

The first floor is where the most vibrant activities of commercial services take place. It is designed to create excitement for people. Eden landscape used circles for tree sinks, courtyard pavestones, outdoor seats, lighting system. The west is the entrance to the TD Business Center. Eden landscape designed a large garden to reduce solar radiation to this area and punctuated the landscape to the Business Center.

The 6th floor includes the GYM Center and Restaurant (in the system of Hai Phong Sommerset Central TD), these service areas are surrounded by gardens. Eden landscape offered special design solutions for the hanging gardens, including the ecological, technical system and safety solutions for the work in case of wind and storm.

Also at the 6th floor, the KinderWorld area is supplied with an outdoor pool system. Eden landscape has designed a large hanging garden café, with clear view for seating area, from which all activities of the pool on sixth floor and the residential area of Cat Bi can be well observed.

The other floors are also arranged with a lot of trees in order to make the project greener, enhance friendliness towards all customers.

Thuy Duong is one of major investors in Hai Phong. In addition to TD plaza, Thuy Duong Company has continued investing into TD Lakeside project, which is about 1km away from TD plaza. Eden landscape is also in the process of research and development of landscape concept for this new project.
