Cam Ranh Naval–based Urban

Cam Ranh Bay is one of the best in the world, of which the magnitude and depth is very convenient to big vessels, or even super large size vessels for transportation. Regarding location, Cam Ranh is very important especially in the field of military, and it also offers very favorable conditions for the development of tourism.

Cam Ranh Naval–based Urban is the area for living, relaxing, studying and training of naval families in Cam Ranh. In terms of urban structure, it shows no difference with other usual urban, for such activities for the accommodation are almost similar.

The study area covers an area of about 30 hectares, including five main areas. Zone 1 is the clear axial water, with a bow-styled square – a characteristic image of naval units. Zones 2, 3, 4 are modern apartment buildings with the landscapes below are constructed according to the topic of each specific area. Zone 2 is the image of ships parked in Cam Ranh Bay, Zone 3 is the image of the noble medal of the Navy, Zone 4 is clusters of seaweed, where forms and nurtures of marine life. Zone 5 is the schools of children from nursery level, kindergarten level to grade 1 and grade 2.

Eden landscape creates a landscape environment, which is modern, dynamic and very consistent with the spirit of the Navy. This project generates a lot of public space to enhance exchanges and solidarity throughout the unit.
