The Monarchy
The Monarchy is a complex located in An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City including 3 blocks: 17 floors, 26 floors, 35 floors. It has commercial center, restaurant, health care center and luxury apartments.
With the desire to bring Da Nang residents a life of security and self-contained facilities; Da Nang House Investment and Develoment JSC,.( NDN ) was devoted to design a special park inside the project. The area is 6,672 m2 with many utilities such as swimming pool, playground, promenade safely inside the frame beautiful flowers… Understanding demand as well as aspirations of the investor, Eden Landscape brought to Monarchy design the combination between classic and modern styles, between Asia and Europe culture which makes the project unique in Da Nang Province. Using landscape as strategic weapons for marketing is one of the purposes of the design.
The main landscape axis of the project stretches from the main gate to the courtyard of the apartment forming a large plaza to serve the needs like amusement, entertainment of the population diversity. Main gate is extended by major roads with sidewalks in front of a fairly large liberal facade. At the same time to increase the luxury class for architects design The Monarchy apartment embankment to 0.9 – 1.2 m, with a central fountain is the main focal point axis of this landscape. The entire landscape axis is designed in European style with typical symmetrical structure.
To create a landscape language, besides adding utilities, the architects also researched to bring more waterscape inside the project such as: swimming pool, waterfall and waterfall spills. Due to the orientation of the two blocks A and B projects created a dead conner, the architects used the water shaft to connect two buildings, while smoothing the space between them and the facade of the building. Waterfalls are located in various locations of the projects to make up the landscape and wake up your emotion when you visit The Monarchy.
Particularly besides creating modern and luxury appearance, the landscape of The Monarchy is also designed to increase the utility. In addition to an easy to access square, an event square, a large outdoor swimming pool, a children playground is also added. To meet the needs of children’s entertainment, architectures used intelligent devices with unique playground design to stimulate the development of residental children. The Monarchy will bring a modern, luxury landscape and many utilities for residents promising to be a great place to live for Da Nang residents.
