Situated within the Gamuda Gardens urban area in the Gamuda City complex, The Zen Residence, a condominium designed by Eden Landscape, boasts a Zen-style landscape, creating a tranquil and relaxing living space while still embodying the core values of modern life. The project was honored to receive the Silver Prize at the National Architecture Awards 2022-2023. This prestigious recognition signifies the acknowledgment and appreciation of the architectural community for the effort put into delivering sustainable values to modern urban living.

This is not the first time The Zen Residence has been recognized with an award. The project is part of the Gamuda Gardens community, which received the “Best Urban Area in Hanoi” award in 2015. The Zen Residence, a high-end apartment complex, was built based on four core values: “Quality of Design,” “Community and Facilities,” “Healthy Lifestyle,” and “Security and Safety.” It has provided a sophisticated, clean, peaceful living space harmonizing with nature and humanity. In 2017, The Zen Residence once again proudly received two awards, including “Best Universal Design Development” and “Best Mid-End Condo in Hanoi” at the prestigious PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, organized by the Property Guru Group, a leading real estate communication technology group in Asia.

The National Architecture Awards 2022-2023 took place in celebration of Vietnamese Architecture Day and the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Association of Architects (1948-2023), attracting 226 participating works from various units nationwide. Recognized enterprises had to meet strict criteria, focusing on innovative and advanced architectural design, emphasis on cultural and local identity, humanistic and social significance, and creativity in line with Vietnamese Green Architecture criteria and global green architecture standards. The awarded works were expected to have a community-oriented nature, contributing positively to the development of Vietnamese architecture and raising community awareness of architectural art.

After 27 years of organization, the National Architecture Awards has become a prestigious and reputable award in the field of architecture. It is presented every two years by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to commend talented investors, projects, and architects nationwide. The award aims to promote creativity, honor authors and outstanding architectural works nationwide, contribute to directing the development of Vietnamese architecture, and enhance community awareness of architectural art.
